Charlotte

BodyHeal  is a regular class at the studio, where Charlotte teaches the power of the fascia and how to get out and stay out of pain. she has a background in the science of natural body healing and even healing conditions that Doctors have said can’t be healed. She teaches you how to work with your body, developing your power and independence throughout the healing journey, combining science, spirituality and consciousness.

Satpal

Satpal Singh has a strong belief in the connection between mind and body and takes a holistic approach to life. He practises yoga daily, pays attention to his nutrition and keeps a positive mind set, practising meditation and setting short term and long term goals on a regular basis. He teaches Yoga and Tai Chi at The Sound School.

Nisaro Karim is the managing director at Five Pence Productions and an award winning actor. He handles content creation for The Sound School.

Bonnie

With over a decade of breathwork practice, I discovered its true power during my first in-person session. In 2020, I trained as a facilitator specializing in Conscious Connected Breathwork. Now, I help people navigate chronic pain, stress, and nervous system regulation through the power of breath. My mission is to create nurturing spaces for healing, connection, and transformation, empowering others to reclaim balance and well-being in their lives.

Jordan

Host of Brum Circle at The Sound School on the last Monday of every month, 7–9 PM. This healing circle offers a supportive space for guided reflection, community connection, and self-discovery.

Jordan is also the Co-founder of The Hope Movement and he works with both The Rape and Sexual Violence Project (RSVP) and BASE 25, and a school counsellor supporting children and adults affected by trauma. His approach emphasises connection, healing, and personal growth.
